In December 2003, Jiangyin Jixin Machinery Co., LTD. was incorporated (renamed Jiangsu Sinojit Wind Energy Technology Co., LTD. in 2008).

In July 2004, the first phase of the project was fully started.

In January 2005, the first phase of the project was officially completed and put into operation.

In March 2006, the first wind power research project passed the evaluation of Jiangsu Provincial scientific and technological achievements Appraisal Committee.

In August 2006, the machining plant was completed and put into operation.

In February 2007, the second phase of the casting project was completed and put into operation.

In August 2007, it passed the certification of ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSA18001 system of China Classification Society, and won the title of high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province.

In December 2007, it won the title of "Top 100 Private Science and Technology Enterprises in Jiangsu Province".

In December 2007, the subsidiary Jiangyin Henghua Machinery Co., Ltd. was established.

In June 2008, the company was restructured into a joint-stock company and changed as a whole.

In October 2008, it passed the national high-tech enterprise evaluation organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation.

In November 2008, it won the National Outstanding Private Science and Technology Enterprise Development Contribution Award.

In December 2008, it invested in Jiangsu Xinneng Bearing Manufacturing Co., LTD.

In August 2009, the company built a provincial-level large-scale wind power metal components engineering science and technology research center, and established a workstation of Southeast University Research Institute.

In December 2009, the third phase of high-power wind power components casting base was completed and put into operation.

In May 2010, the company independently developed the first 5MW hub and base, and successively developed 6MW new products.

In October 2010, the subsidiary Jiangyin Zeyao New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. was established.

In December 2010, Sinojit’s products won the "Jiangsu Famous brand products".

In May 2011, Sinojit successfully listed on the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange A share market, the stock abbreviation is "Sinojit Technology", the stock code is "601218".

In April 2012, 7MW hub and base were developed, with a single hub weight of 70 tons and a single base weight of 85 tons.

In August 2012, it obtained 3 invention patents such as "no cold iron and no riser process method". 

In August 2013, it obtained 6 utility model patent certificates.

In May 2015, it obtained the qualification certificate of "Foundry Industry Access Conditions" from China Foundry Association.

In May 2016, it obtained 3 utility model patent certificates.

In June 2016, Sinojit and GE Company celebrated the 10th anniversary of cooperation.

In June 2016, it was awarded "Jiangsu Province Key Enterprise Research and Development Institution".

In November 2016, the subsidiary Yanshan Hongrun Wind Power Co., LTD. Phase I (Hongrun Cangzhou Yanshan Xuanhuihe 60MW wind power Project) obtained the "Hebei Province Fixed Asset Investment Project Approval Certificate".

In December 2016, the subsidiary Yanshan Hongrun Wind Power Co., LTD. Phase I (Hongrun Cangzhou Yanshan Xuanhuihe 40MW wind power Project) obtained the "Hebei Province Fixed Asset Investment Project Approval Certificate".

In September 2017, it won the title of "Wuxi Top 100 Private Enterprises".

In November 2017, it won the certificate of "high-tech Enterprise".

In December 2017, it obtained the certificate of "Wuxi Famous Trademark".

In August 2018, it won the title of "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise".

In January 2019, it won the title of "Key Backbone Enterprise of Jiangyin City".

In April 2019, the subsidiary Yanshan Hongrun Wind Power Co., LTD. Phase I (Hongrun Cangzhou Yanshan Xuanhuihe 40MW wind Power Project) obtained the "People's Republic of China Power Business License".

In July 2019, the subsidiary Yanshan Hongrun Wind Power Co., LTD. Phase I (Hongrun Cangzhou Yanshan Xuanhuihe 60MW wind Power Project) obtained and received the "People's Republic of China Power Business License".

In November 2019, it won the "Jiangyin City Outstanding Contribution Award". 

In September 2020, it won the "Outstanding Contribution Award of Jiangsu Foundry Association". 

In October 2020, the subsidiary Yanshan Hongrun Wind Power Co., LTD. Phase II (Yanshan Hongrun Xuanbeigangou 50MW wind power Project) obtained the "People's Republic of China Power Business License". 

In October 2020, the research project "Research and Development of key components of ductile iron for 6MW and above wind turbines" won the "Second Prize of Equipment Manufacturing Innovation Group of the 5th Jiangsu Association for Science and Technology Youth Member Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition". 

In November 2020, the lightweight technology of ductile iron and its application in wind power products were rated as "2020 National Foundry Industry Innovation Achievements". 

In December 2020, it won the certificate of "high-tech Enterprise". 

In 2021, it was rated as "Jiangsu Province Quality credit AA level Enterprise (2020)". 

In 2021, it won the certificate of "International Famous Brand focused on cultivation and development in Jiangsu Province (2020-2022)".

In 2022, it won the "Outstanding Contribution Award" for wind power of CRRC Corporation.
